Unfortunately, some orders may be canceled because they did not pass our compliance or risk processes.
Our Risk Team monitors for suspicious activity as online gift card purchases are a target for fraud. We use a variety of tools to validate all customers and their payment credentials, and it’s likely that something in the information you submitted was flagged as potentially being compromised.
To protect our customers, we do reject orders if we believe they may not have been submitted by the authorized cardholder.
In cases where we were unable to verify certain order information, these transactions are canceled. When we can’t verify your order we are unable to move forward with processing your transaction. Our customer service agents will not be able to assist in these cases and they are unable to reverse this decision. It is advisable to seek an alternative option for your gift card purchases.
